A little help.
Start with your family account
Watch Cub currently serves existing family accounts. Installing the companion does not create an account. Sign in, then choose Parent or a child's profile.
Can't open Parent?
Use your four-digit parent PIN. Choose Forgot PIN? in the profile picker to reset it with your account password. If you forgot that password, request a reset link.
The shelf is empty or closed
Check that the right child is selected, that a pick is approved on their shelf, and that the shelf's hours and timezone are correct. Parents can use Watch once for a timed exception.
A streaming site won't open
Start from an approved shelf pick, or choose Parent and enter your PIN for parent browsing. The provider may need its own sign-in or subscription. Sign into that provider directly; never share its password with Watch Cub.
The companion isn't connected
Use the Chrome profile where you installed it and refresh Watch Cub. Pin it from Chrome's puzzle-piece menu. Check Browser setup for the sites you selected. Open setup and update instructions.
After a browser restart or connection failure
Choose your profile again and start a fresh pick. If you haven't enabled site settings, close restored streaming tabs yourself. The companion returns its timed window when it cannot verify permission.
Data and account questions
Email support@watchcub.com. Include the page, companion version, and what you expected to happen. Do not send passwords, PINs, setup codes, or children's details. Read about data use and removal.
